On May 18 at 16.15 will be a lecture of visiting scholar (Ülikooli 16-214).
"Buddhist wives and the rich families in Mongolia", a lecture by visiting researcher Tuya Shagdar (Mongolian National University, University of Cambridge).

The presentation will discuss the role of women pivotal in understanding elite family structures and focus on the role of Buddhism, patronage by elite women and their place in the elite family.
